Iran condemns U.S. raid into Syria
Source: China View

TEHRAN, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman, Hassan Qashqavi, condemned Monday the U.S. raid into Syria, the official IRNA news agency reported.

Addressing the correspondents in the weekly press conference, Qashqavi called the U.S. raid unacceptable.

"Iran condemns strongly any form of violation of the territorial integrity of any sovereign state which leads to the death of innocent civilians," the report quoted the official as saying.

Syria is the only Arab state which has allied with Iran over the region's major issues since the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran.

This is just another one (tragic though it certainly is). Pakistan "condemned" the last one on their turf.

I'm glad the media is ignoring it. That way the neocons can't use it to scare people ... they're already trying with their white powder episodes. We'll wait till after the 4th and then Bush can muddle through as best he can -- the idiot will go out with even greater dishonor.

Just sad it took the deaths of several innocent people.

OTOH,if they were making a big deal about it,I'd be suspicious as well, seems they have lost their credibility and can no longer be trusted.Shills.

K&R,hope this isn't some October surprise sneaking up on us.
