AZ Sen. expresses doubt about McCain's chances
Source: AZ Central

TUCSON - Sen. Jon Kyl of Arizona expressed some doubt in a recent interview that his seatmate, John McCain, will be elected president.

In an interview last week with the Arizona Daily Star editorial board, Kyl wondered if McCain would join Republican Barry Goldwater and Democrats Mo Udall and Bruce Babbitt as Arizonans who tried and failed to win the White House.

"Unfortunately, I think John McCain might be added to that long list of Arizonans who ran for president but were never elected," Kyl said. "Maybe, we'll be able to say Arizona's the only state where your child can't grow up to be president. Let's hope that doesn't happen."

2. Now if a snowball can exist in hell, McCain has a shot
at possibly seeing the White House from his Senate office building.

6. John McCain stood a good chance of being elected in 2000
He scored high among indies and conservative Dems. He could have been elected -- if George Bush and Karl Rove hadn't cut his balls off and fed them to him.

Then, he sold his soul and spent the next eight years sniffing Bush's ass. Now, he's reaping the reward of that.

Sarah the Secessionist was the coup de grace -- the equivalent of shooting yourself in the foot and stopping to reload. We can only hope that this disaster will forever get Sarah out of our hair, as she seems to have pissed off an awful lot of high-level Repukes.
