The FBI and Department of Homeland Security today issued an analytical "note" to U.S. law-enforcement officials cautioning that al-Qaida terrorists have in the past expressed interest in attacking public buildings using a dozen suicide bombers each carrying 20 kilograms of explosives.

Authors with the U.S. Office of Intelligence and Analysis added that they have "no credible or specific information that terrorists are planning operations against public buildings in the United States." The FBI and DHS analysts said they were releasing the note because "it is important for local authorities and building owners and operators to be aware of potential attack tactics."

I was worried a terra strike would play right into the GOP's hands. Now I think that would be the final nail in their coffin. In any case, I don't think I'm alone calling bullshit on this one. And even if it were legit, then shame on Bushco for crying wolf so many times it's become meaningless.

This may not work like they want it to. I saw a study conducted recently by a university (I wish I could find the link, but I can't at the moment) that said terror attacks/terror threats would actually work against McCain. Even though in the past the threats/terror warnings helped Bush's ratings, that time is long gone...it would actually have an opposite effect now. So they can chirp about this as much as they want. Obviously people at this site see through it, but I think the majority of Americans now see through it as well.

They need to be purged!

Maybe it is time for employees of the FBI and Homeland Security not be eligible to vote.

The FBI and DHS analysts said they were releasing the note because "it is important for local authorities and building owners and operators to be aware of potential attack tactics."

According to the note obtained by NBC News, a "recently discovered audio recording of al-Qa‘ida training sessions conducted several years ago provides instruction to potential suicide terrorists on seizing a publicly accessible building and damaging or destroying it with explosive charges."

Among the materials on a CD–ROM seized earlier this year by Belgian authorities and provided to Interpol, the note said, "is a detailed audio explanation by now-deceased senior al-Qa‘ida operative Yousef al-Ayeeri of a method taught in an al-Qa‘ida training camp for attacking a publicly accessible building. Interpol believes the Arabic-language recording was made shortly before al-Ayeeri’s death in 2003."

FBI has stockpiles of computers, hard drives and notebooks from wannabe terrorist whackos. They don't regularly broadcast what they just found. And they probably didn't just find this stuff either. I bet the report is months old.

I guess it's ironic how it was Bin Laden's father who paid off all of G.W.Bush's business debts for three failed companies. Then it just so happens that it's Bin Laden Jr who manages to get through all the layers of security and expertly demolish the two tall WTC buildings. On the very day that Rumsfeld has sent almost all of the intercept fighters away to Florida and California on a training exercise pretending that airliners were being flown into buildings in those two states. The impact of the planes and subsequent collapse of the Tower 1 and 2 Then causes a reinforced building that did not get hit and that just happened to contain all of the records for Enron to collapse. Even though building 7 contained a bomb shelter to be used in case of a nuclear attack on the 3rd floor (meant to be used by all the emergency services as HQ) and whose steel support members were four times the thickness of normal and were designed to withstand a nuclear attack.
Handy I guess that the security contract had six months earlier been taken over by a cousin of G.W. Bush and that he had got rid of the bomb sniffing dogs and never let them in the buildings again.

I imagine if that special nuclear bomb shelter could collapse when a plane did not even hit it the people who built it should never be given a contract ever to build any thing ever again especially nuclear bomb shelters since the one they built fell down by its self.
