Source: AP

WASHINGTON - Hillary Rodham Clinton told supporters in an online Web chat Thursday that she and Barack Obama will ensure Democrats are "fully unified" going into the fall presidential campaign.

Obama clinched the nomination after a sometimes bitter primary contest with Clinton. Both Clinton and Obama are publicly trying to ease the strained relations that exist between some of their supporters.

"As is true in all conventions, we're still working out the mechanics, the coordination," Obama told reporters while flying to his home in Chicago. One issue is whether there will be a roll call on Clinton's nomination, he said

1. OK, DUers
remember you catch more flies with honey than vinegar

Please be respectful of Hillary and Bill IF you want Obama to win.

If you want Obama to lose, then diss Hillary and Bill to your heart's content.

6. Blackmail is not an option
Sorry, but that's what it sounds like to me. Say nothing negative about the Clintons, no matter what they say or do, or face defeat.

3. Not surprised. Clinton is a good Democrat who will work
hard for us to regain the White House in the GE. I was not a supporter, but I admire what she has done, especially for women in this country. She was a formidable opponent for Barack.

I think the Hillary Haters will descend on this thread like locusts, so I will bow out now.

4. Actually, they won't.
Real news that shows her doing or saying something positive is largely ignored by them.

Internet bullshit posts are what they respond to.

9. Hillary Clinton got 18 million Democratic primary votes.
Just a hair fewer than Obama.

What egos, indeed.

10. You are correct. Bill and Hillary Clinton have the largest egos
on the planet, bar none. (It's a tossup as to which is worse but I'd still vote for Bill).
