3 U.S. Soldiers Killed In Accidents
Source: AP

BAGHDAD (AP) ― The U.S. military says two of its soldiers in Iraq died when their vehicle rolled onto its side north of Baghdad.

A third American soldier died in a road accident in neighboring Kuwait.

The two soldiers died Wednesday in Iraq's Salahuddin province. The military said in a statement released Thursday that another soldier and an interpreter also were injured.

The military says the highway accident in Kuwait involved a single vehicle and that another soldier was injured.

4. There sure are a lot of vehicle accidents. I always wonder if they
just roll over or had some help.

But it could just be my suspicious mind. Whenever I see the word 'accident' in connection with anything having to do with Iraq I automatically become leery of accepting the official version of the story. I always wonder what they're leaving out of the story.

5. It's a safe bet many of these "accidents" happen
as a result of evasive movements while under attack. Leave it to the pentagon to sugar coat the real cause.

11. I'll bet they would test...
as "unsafe" if you applied any of the standards we have for vehicle safety.

All that weight up top, bad visibility, and terrible cornering.

Then drive them too fast to try to outrun the guy triggering the IED...

Oh, well... guys dead from an accident in this shameful war aren't quite as dead as guys killed by enemy action. The families should feel comfort in that. Deep :sarcasm: intended.

we should be ashamed of ourselves.

That, and any VA story, any torture story, and any mental illness of Iraq Vets story.
