Cheney says US still seeking banned Iraqi weapons
WARSHINGTON - Jan 21 (Reuters) - U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney, on the eve of a European trip where he will seek to mend divisions over Iraq, said on Wednesday the United States had not given up on finding unconventional weapons at the heart of its disputed case for ousting Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein.

"The jury is still out," Cheney said in a radio interview, referring to the failure so far to find stockpiles of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.

"It's going to take some additional considerable period of time to look at all the cubbyholes and dumps and all the places in Iraq where you might expect to find something like that," he said.

18. OMG, Dick. It's been months. Haven't you found anything?
I would have figured they would have planted something by now. Of course, it is just so they can have a huge discover right before the election. Throw in a terror threat and things will be quite interesting.

9. Sure, a WMD planting would be outrageous now
But they are keeping the possibility open. In a pinch, it might fool enough rubes to make the election close enough to steal. Are there any pictures of Cheney in existence where he doesn't look like he is twisted and crazy?

So my guess is that the US government will have to plant some WMD's. Of course you are still looking. Keep looking. You will not find any. They don't exist. Idiot.

24. Cheney is evil!
Paul O'Neill, ex-treasury secretary, decribes Dubya in a meeting as "a blind man in a room of deaf people" The man is being led about by the nose by Cheney and the neo-cons, making Bush out to be nothing more than a despot in the company of public authorities whose consciences have shrunken and whose souls are puny in the manner of those who were around Commodus, Caligula, and Nero. In Dubya's own words: "Is our children learning yet?"

20. Why do they even bother to ask these questions anymore
Cheney should just hold up a sign or hand out the answers on 3x5 cards.

"It's going to take some additional considerable period of time to look at all the cubbyholes and dumps and all the places in Iraq where you might expect to find something like that," he said."

Hans Blix should sue for plagiarism.

22. A case for Samuel Beckett, perhaps?
ESTRAGON: Charming spot. (He turns, advances to front, halts facing auditorium.) Inspiring prospects. (He turns to Vladimir.) Let's go.
VLADIMIR: We can't.
ESTRAGON: Why not?
VLADIMIR: We're waiting for Godot.
ESTRAGON: (despairingly). Ah! (Pause.) You're sure it was here?
VLADIMIR: What?
ESTRAGON: That we were to wait.
VLADIMIR: He said by the tree. (They look at the tree.) Do you see any others?
ESTRAGON: What is it?
VLADIMIR: I don't know. A willow.
ESTRAGON: Where are the leaves?
VLADIMIR: It must be dead.
ESTRAGON: No more weeping.
VLADIMIR: Or perhaps it's not the season.
ESTRAGON: Looks to me more like a bush.
VLADIMIR: A shrub.
ESTRAGON: A bush.
VLADIMIR: A—. What are you insinuating? That we've come to the wrong place?
ESTRAGON: He should be here.
VLADIMIR: He didn't say for sure he'd come.
ESTRAGON: And if he doesn't come?
VLADIMIR: We'll come back tomorrow.
ESTRAGON: And then the day after tomorrow.
VLADIMIR: Possibly.
ESTRAGON: And so on.
