Young Americans for Freedom leader at MSU bows out
Source: Lansing State Journal, Lansing Michigan

EAST LANSING - Kyle Bristow, the controversial chairman of Michigan State University's chapter of Young Americans for Freedom, resigned Sunday as the group's leader. Under Bristow's leadership, the group proposed a "Catch an Illegal Immigrant Day," held a "Koran desecration contest" and a "straight power rally."

It was during his year-and-a-half tenure that the group brought several controversial speakers to campus - among them Minutemen co-founder Chris Simcox and British Nationalist Nick Griffin - and drew protests from progressive student groups.

Also on his watch, the Southern Poverty Law Center chose to list the MSU chapter of YAF as a hate group, the only student group nationally that currently carries that designation.

<snip>

Mark Potok, director of the Southern Poverty Law Center's Intelligence Project, said MSU YAF will be on its hate group list again this year. As for whether it will be taken off, "we will simply have to see what MSU YAF becomes," he said.

Miserable, stinking, privileged li'l white boy pissing on Hispanics, Gays, Muslims.

Not a "Bigot In Training," he's been a subject of shame on the Michigan State University Campus for years now. Hopefully, this filthy little bastard will have the evil he's done follow him until he eats Drano in a "by the week" flophouse hotel, unable to get a job.

We have too many of these Repuke punks here in Michigan.

21. This is my letter to Steve Inskeep:
Dear Mr. Inskeep:
As long as you are interviewing Right Wing Talk Show hosts, why not go all the way into the "pit" and interview Rush Limbaugh? Beck has demonstrated his racism, bigotry, and intolerance on a regular basis on his own show, excusing it as mis-speaking or a joke that we should all excuse whenever caught. For you to give him credibility through interview to the point of chuckling at his lame joking demonstrates a shocking lack of impartiality. Since you are interviewing these Right Wing Neoconservative "heroes," then I expect for balance you will next be interviewing Keith Olberman, Mike Malloy, and Randi Rhodes, although these three cannot be the same as they do not practice bigotry and racism.

Oh, and it's snowing 7 inches today. Ugh! The birds were all calling and setting up their breeding territories yesterday--so Spring has been postponed another week.

6. More amazing? The other punks supporting this little bastard.
I suppose they would consider a "Take a leak on a crucifix day" seeing as they thought a "Desecrate a Koran Contest" was a valid concept.

Punks like this give young people a black eye.

7. Yeah, but the worm is starting to turn. These right wing extremists......
..... are now beginning to once again on TV to look like the wackos they always were. I'm 61 and I remember in the late 50's and early 60's the "John Birchers" and that fucking weirdo Bill Buckley and everyone at that time laughed at them and their fucked-up crazy ideas back then. Even Goldwater in 1964 got beat in a landslide (the biggest defeat up until that time) and was mocked in the media back then (if you can fucking believe that nowadays). Make no mistake, "these people" are extremists and fascists. The Republican party at the time had people like the Mittsters Dad (George), Rockefeller, Eisenhower, and even Nixon who by todays standards almost looks like a liberal. The so called "centrist" Dems today are pretty much what the main stream Republicans looked like in the 50's and 60's.
