Giuliani frugality tightens money gap with Romney

1. Giuliani probably not spending much b/c he's making others pick up his
tab so he doesn't have to spend his own money. When he was doing his speaking tours, he had the sponsors pay for his private jet, accommodations, and meals.

3. He's had a lot of TV ads in Iowa.
Love the one where he says that he knows how to veto, he loves to veto, he's veto'd thousands of bills and "he can't wait to get his hands on Washington".
