Wells Fargo agrees to $12.8M overtime settlement

The settlement ends a class action suit against San Francisco-based Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) filed in February 2005 by Jasmin Gerlach, on behalf of herself and an estimated 4,500 other employees.
The agreement got preliminary approval Friday from U.S. District Court Judge Claudia Wilken of the Northern District of California.
Wells Fargo said it has admitted any wrongdoing and believes it had legally paid the employees.
