i'll agree that it's saad that it has to come to this- but i've gotta say- i'm all for it.
almost ANYTHING(legal) that gets people to the polls is ultimtely a good thing- especially for our side...the more people that vote, the better that Dems generally do.

As a registered & conscientious voter I would LOVE to see this proposal come to Georgia! (Not to mention as a victim of Bush's economic plan - my family could really use the million bucks. Or even a job paying a living wage.)
