SC Lt Gov. Andre Bauer injured in ultralight crash...

Edit:

This was in Cherokee County, SC. He was flown to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Apparently, he was conscious, after the crash.

He was stopped by police on several occasions for driving 100 mph and going through red lights within Columbia and given a pass each time.
