Pipe attack not suspect's first assault, witness says
A Hispanic man beaten in 2003 says Tuck is one of three skinheads who jumped him

A man accused of savagely beating a Hispanic youth in Spring last month was one of three skinheads who took part in an ethnically motivated attack on a Hispanic man three years ago, according to case records, the victim and a woman who witnessed the incident.

David Tuck, then 14 years old, and two adult men beat the victim as one or more of the attackers shouted "dirty Mexican," "border jumper," "spic," and "we kill people like you," according to court records and the victim.

The victim, who was 50 at the time of the Jan. 28, 2003, incident, was beaten unconscious as he was pumping gas outside a store on Spring Stuebner, near Tuck's subdivision.

"It's the same one. Yes, it is David Henry Tuck," the victim said Tuesday as he looked over a court record at his home. He asked not to be identified out of concern for his safety because the latest attack also was in his neighborhood.

2. Look how far we've come. Once upon a time, from what we've heard,

older people in the lives of children would take them under their wings and teach them crafts or skills they could use in their adult lives, carefully teaching them everything they've learned.

With Skinheads, we have the picture of elder Skinheads taking their fledgling sadists with them and showing them the way they prey on unsuspecting victems, while pumping up their senses of "superiority" with halucinations of their exalted supremacy, to keep those fears and pangs of conscience from getting the upper hand.

Damned touching, isn't it?

They are trying to leave the world a whiter place.

7. This indeed does have a strong impact upon me and affects

every fiber of my body. The mentality is pure hatred for anyone that isn't like them. Mexicans are easy targets. I'm sure that this incident has raised the temperature of the hispanic community.

Teen was accused in previous beating

HOUSTON -- A teen accused of beating and sodomizing a Hispanic boy while shouting racial slurs also joined two adult white supremacists in the beating of a Hispanic man three years ago, according to court records obtained by a newspaper. The victim of that attack, a 53-year-old man who declined to be identified because of safety concerns, showed the Houston Chronicle court records from the case, which was handled as a federal civil rights violation. The man said he was pumping gas in 2003 in the same Houston suburb where the more recent beating occurred when three skinheads covered with Nazi tattoos beat him unconscious, shouting racial epithets. He identified one attacker as David Henry Tuck. Tuck, 18, and Keith Robert Turner, 17, have been charged with aggravated sexual assault in the attack last month.

Sorry, I just reread the original post, and realized this article concerns the same man, same attack from the same zombie.

It's clear Texas would be far better off if citizens felt they could expect to get gas in their car without being beaten! I hope David Henry Tuck's going away for a long time.
