3. Interesting, the UN official who declared the elections were fair

was Canadian yet there is also a Canadian as part of this international team. It will be interesting to see if there is a conflict of opinion between the two.

"Among the International Mission for Iraqi Elections will be two representatives from the Arab League, one member of the Canadian Association of Former Parliamentarians and a respected European academic, the group said Thursday."
