Two U.S. Soldiers Killed in Central Iraq - 1,831

BAGHDAD, Iraq - A roadside bomb killed two U.S. soldiers and injured three in central Iraq, the U.S. command said Sunday.

The patrol with Task Force Liberty was hit Saturday evening in the city of Samarra, about 60 miles north of Baghdad, the U.S. military said in a statement.
