Three soldiers were killed in separate incidents in Iraq late Monday, the United States military announced today.
A soldier with the Third Armored Cavalry Regiment died and another soldier was wounded in an explosive device attack just west of Baghdad at 9:50 p.m. The wounded soldier was evacuated to the 28th Combat Support for treatment, the United States Central Command said.

In the second incident, at 10:40 p.m., two soldiers with the 82nd Airborne Division were killed and two others were wounded at Haswah, south of Baghdad, also in an explosive device attack.
