MOSUL, Iraq (AP) Two parked motorcycles rigged with explosives detonated and killed five Iraqis Thursday in the northern city of Mosul, police said.

Brig. Saeed al-Jubouri said the bombs exploded near a downtown Mosul coffee shop frequented by policemen, killing four civilians and one policeman, and destroying several shops.

2. Motorcycle bombs. That's a novel idea. They are quite creative.

Me thinks that the situation in Baghdad is dire. How long until we see helicopters leaving from the roof of the American embassy?
