By Adam Entous

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush on Monday named Allan Hubbard, an Indiana businessman and major fund-raiser for his presidential campaigns, to serve as one of his top economic advisers, the White House announced.

<snip>

Hubbard was a long-time trustee at the Hudson Institute, a conservative think-tank that normally supports Bush's policies. But during the 2004 campaign, the Institute accused Bush -- and his Democratic rival -- of not having a credible plan for cutting the budget deficit.

2. Bad buzz words there, kiddos.
Conservative think-tank & accusing Bush of not having "a credible plan for cutting the budget deficit," means social programs are going to be cut-back.

Conservative think-tanks are the source of all those Bell-Curve conclusions that meant to destroy special programs for minorities, like Head Start. They figure, well, if blacks are genetically inferior intellectually, why spend money on them?

Hard to believe these conservative idiots think they're closer to God.
