Chicago Sun Times report about the Jackson vote challenge

My question regards Mr. Petro's statement about how State Supreme courts have no say in Fed. Elections.... But they did in 2000 in Florida as well as the US Supreme court. How can a lawyer make such a statement when there is precedence?

2. They're just a bunch of crooked bastards.
Even Blackwell is seeking protection from being held under oath. They keep calling these lawsuits "frivolous," but I ask them.... is a person's right to vote frivolous? Unsurprisingly, the MSM doesn't point this out.
