HARRISON, Maine --(Business Wire)-- Dec. 21, 2004 -- STRATEGY X, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SRGX), homeland security specialists, is pleased to announce that the company has commenced its restructure program to focus on homeland security and defense systems for the 21st Century. Initial steps include a management change, new corporate website and corporate headquarters.

STRATEGY X has appointed the following officers and directors to the company's Board of Directors:

CLIFFORD A. LEWIS, PRESIDENT & CEO
KINCESTON D. MOORE, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
JOSEPH J. DOYLE, CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER
RICHARD A. DABNEY, MANAGING DIRECTOR
ERIC J. HAMILTON, VICE PRESIDENT TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS
FIDEL A. RIJOS, VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

The STRATEGY X team has over 100 years of military experience, and nearly 20 years of experience using modeling and simulation to design security systems, and develop security tactics, techniques and procedures to protect the most sensitive resources in the United States Air Force. STRATEGY X also has the privilege of having the sole architect of performance based security system design for the USAF leading our charge. This team has applied modeling and simulation to over 100 military installations, resulting in the implementation of hundreds of millions of dollars worth of security solutions that are proven to meet objectives, rather than just comply with standards. STRATEGY X is ready to take on the role of applying performance-based methodology to customers with security needs worldwide.

...

STRATEGY X personal experience ranges across the spectrum, to include but not limited to law enforcement, security operations, physical security, intrusion detection systems, wireless communications, explosives, avionics, anti-terrorism, chemical, biological, nuclear, and radiological attacks, and modeling and simulation. This team; once considered the 'elite performance based assessment team in the Air Force' is now the elite team in the civilian realm. The STRATEGY X goal is to recommend and implement real security solutions to both civilian and government organizations in a proven, credible, and structured fashion, allowing customers to make educated decisions, and develop a security roadmap to apply these solutions.

Mr. Lewis continues with, "While the grand opening of performance based security within STRATEGY X is new, it is certainly not new to our team of experts. We have been hard at work gathering prospective clients, both within and outside the United States. We have contacted several organizations and provided education on the performance-based methodology, and the capabilities STRATEGY X can offer. We have collected feedback from these organizations to better tailor our service to their individual needs. Such organizations consist of airports, vacation resorts, chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, port authorities, and communications companies; all of which will benefit immensely from applying performance to their security designs. As we will continue to form our new relationships with these prospective clients, the STRATEGY X team also plans to reach out to other organizations within Homeland Security, FAA, and DoD."
