Lynndie England's Lawyers Lose Crucial Hearing

FORT BRAGG, North Carolina (CNN) -- A military judge ruled Thursday that prosecutors can use two written statements by Pfc. Lynndie England describing incidents of physical abuse and sexual degradation of detainees at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.

but I just can't believe there would be anyone who would try to defend that crap.

2. what she did was VERY wrong-but I think that the Adminstration

is using her and the others as scrapcoats for there own quilt!
She deserves the best lawyers possible because most likely she will bet the book thrown at her--if for only our Pres can say that those few bad apples were taken care of!!
They--the WH, and Rummy and Meyers had dismissed the IRCC Report that came out yesterday. They will continue to deny and and these bad apples will suffer for all of them.
