AP: EPA Looking at Using Tests on People (Bush nazi movement)
WASHINGTON (AP) - In setting limits on chemicals in food and water, the Environmental Protection Agency may rely on industry tests that expose people to poisons and raise ethical questions.

The new policy, which the EPA is still developing, would allow Bush administration political appointees to referee any ethical disputes. Agency officials are putting the finishing touches on a plan to take a case-by-case approach.

4. "policy would probably first be applied to pesticides such as ..."
"The new policy would probably first be applied to pesticides such as aldicarb, carbofuran, DDVP and malathion, Jordan said."

You can bet most of this will be done in secret.

There is so much information on the net. Like voter fraud, it does not see the light of day. I am not kiddint - we are all being played for fools and guinea pigs. Please inform yourself because no one is really looking out for your health. But try some of these:

http://toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/

http://www.niehs.nih.gov Look at the Environmental Health Perspectives and some of their other publications

http://www.pesticideinfo.org/Index.html you can look up products

http://www.ehhi.org/ this is a very good site that points out environmental health hazards to avoid

5. "History of Secret Experimentation on U.S. Citizens"
1932 The Tuskegee Syphilis Study begins. 200 black men diagnosed with syphilis are never told of their illness, are denied treatment, and instead are used as human guinea pigs in order to follow the progression and symptoms of the disease. They all subsequently die from syphilis, their families never told that they could have been treated.

1935 The Pellagra Incident. After millions of individuals die from Pellagra over a span of two decades, the U.S. Public Health Service finally acts to stem the disease. The director of the agency admits it had known for at least 20 years that Pellagra is caused by a niacin deficiency but failed to act since most of the deaths occured within poverty-striken black populations.

1940 Four hundred prisoners in Chicago are infected with Malaria in order to study the effects of new and experimental drugs to combat the disease. Nazi doctors later on trial at Nuremberg cite this American study to defend their own actions during the Holocaust.

1942 Chemical Warfare Services begins mustard gas experiments on approximately 4,000 servicemen. The experiments continue until 1945 and made use of Seventh Day Adventists who chose to become human guinea pigs rather than serve on active duty.

10. DeLay is one of humanity's wise elders, a gentleman of great kindness,
forebearance, and steeped in the wisdom of all the great religious traditions.

His scholarly, gentle mein will be just what is needed in ethical decisions.

Excuse me a moment, my giraffe just flew out the window.

15. I wouldn't call it "well", but I am here
:hi:

I was away, working 3 nights a week for Kerry & Dem Congressional campaign, or as I like to call it

"bringing a knife to a gunfight."

Because between Extreme Gerrymandering, Electronic & Manual Vote Fraud, and the Democrats' insistence on reprising the German Social Democrats' role in 1933 Germany, I always knew it was a lost cause from the start.

But I ignored that and forged ahead as if I still lived in a Free Country.

Pretty funny, huh?

17. EPA to rely on "industry" tests. We're fucked. IBM and Intel in
the early 80's were dumping toxins into ground water
pretty heavily in Walnut Creek, CA, a suburb of San Jose
in Silli Valley. The courts determined that a human life
for settlement purposes in the case was worth $50,000.00.
I was actually dating a woman for awhile who used her 50K
from her husbands death to buy a new Mercedes 500 SL.
