3. Rednecks are usually associated with the south
Although there are more than enough of them in all parts of the country, when one thinks of the redneck they look to the southern states.

I think NASCAR fan when I hear redneck, beer drinking, sleeveless flannel shirt wearing, gun toting white guy driving his pickup truck coated in mud.


Those are the morons who are most likely to vote for the crusty old "former pow" white guy.

Today I saw two of those blue McCain-Palin yard signs in front of a house with the phrase "Let them eat cake" handwritten across it in bold letters. Don't know if it was an act of vandalism, or if the home owner has a sense of humor.
