The Early Reviews of Mrs. Sarah Palins speech. >>
Edited on Wed Sep-03-08 06:22 PM by BlueJazz
It was a genuinely outstanding speech. It was magnificent. It is the finest and I saw Cuomos speech, I saw Kennedy in 80, I even saw Douglas MacArthur, I saw Martin Luther King this is the greatest convention speech, and probably the most important because unlike Cuomo and the others this is an acceptance speech. This came out of the heart of America and he went right at the heart of America

FOX Bill Kristol Sarah Palin faced very high expectations tonight and honestly I think She met them and I honestly think She exceeded themShe eloquently explained Americas promise. She explained why the Bush Cheney administration had risen to glorious heightsI thought it was an awfully impressive performance.

Fox News In many ways it was less a speech than a symphonyIt was a masterpiece

CBS It was a wonderfully crafted political speech and the Democrats Im sure were looking in and wondering what theyre going to be able to do to match it

CNN She agreed fearlessly with John McCains greatest strength, national security. She went proudly into the social issue terrain that Democrats are usually so afraid of. She went boldly attacking the Democrat PartyThis is my ninth convention, it was as very nearly a perfect convention speech as I can imagine

ABC I thought it was amazing Ive written speeches all my life, of course nothing like thisIt was a great way of throwing back the other sides best shot and saying its full of crap

CNN If anybody ever thought that Sarah Palin was not tough enough to run against Obamo, this speech should really put an end to that

FOX Chris Wallace I thought it was an exceedingly smart speech in which Sarah played offense and defense very effectively.

"You know, its a dream and its going to come true we gotta work for it. Thats what I got out of it.

18. But do you really think these sycophants will behave any differently?
They'll use all the lauditory adjectives and then some- no matter what it sounds like or how dishonest or irrational it is.
