Lounge vibes and/or prayers are needed for my stepfather. It's not looking good.

He has sepsis.

In addition to everything else that's wrong with him...I won't go into his entire medical history at this point, but he's been bedridden for nearly 3 years now. Unfortunately, he's too weak for the surgery that would be necessary to correct this condition. He wouldn't survive it...so all we can do is wait.
It looks like now it's only a matter of time, maybe weeks, before he'll be taken off life support.
Keep my little sister Ariel, especially, in your prayers/vibes/thoughts, if you could...this will be especially hard on her.

But, it IS possible to recover from sepsis, so don't give up hope.

Especially if his kidneys aren't failing.

Best to you and your family. My dad passed from sepsis, brought about by an infection from a bed sore as a result of a myriad of other things.
