Key points:

* Witnesses have confirmed Gaddafi forces wearing face masks.
* The bombing has been continuous and random. Every 2 minutes, 4 GRAD rockets were fired.
* Yesterday 47 were injured, 17 died.
* Today, 15 dead and 12 injured so far with 5 in critical condition.
* Very difficult to transport large number of injured to the hospital, an ambulance was destroyed. Sometimes it takes until the next morning to evacuate them.
* They communicated to NATO on a continuous basis, but don’t really understand why NATO is not aiding them.
* Attacks coming from the West, North and South.
* Confirmed that tanks are surrounding the city.
