I guess the people who apply for conceal carry do so because they are law abiding people.
If you're going to kill/shoot someone why would you worry about a conceal carry law? Makes no sense...much like the fear of many here of their fellow citizens, but then politicians know how to get us all afraid of each other and pit us against each other.
