11. Well, I have to say, I find fault with this analysis two ways
First, Paul himself would not have collected the benefits, they would have been applied for by an adult who was in charge of his care. The fact that his mother allowed it to be put away for college shows that at least he was raised by a prudent individual, no matter how that turned out.

Second, while I know Ryan has suggested sweeping changes to Medicare, I don't recall that he's proposed anything regarding Social Security. I expect someone here will correct me if I've missed something.
