He tortured and killed those dogs on purpose and for his amusement over a period of 5 years. Apparently he enjoyed it greatly.
Do you think people like that can truly be rehabilitated?
Do you have any examples of killers or torturers or rapists or child molestors that go on to lead productive normal lives that contribute something positive to society?
Can't wait to hear these.
