That would be nature taking it's course. We agree not to do things like that when we live in a society. That's the whole point. If you're argument is that the weak should be left to die, then you'd better be ready to deal with the natural result; a whole lot of desperate people who feel absolutely zero obligation to law, society, or even humanity.
