13. Rachel's guest was Mordecai Lee, a former WI state assemblyman and state senator, now a professor of
governmental affairs at UW-Milwaukee. She asked him whether he thought this latest incident was something to worry about or just wonder about, and he thought it was both and said he'd never seen this large a mistake made in a Wisconsin election.

He also mentioned that county clerks should not be partisan, that the system has to change.

I hope Rachel will come back to this story later, after getting more background on the county clerk (the more I learn about her, the more likely it seems that this was fraud and not a mistake).
