21. Note that we need to see an average of a 5% difference in polls to win I think...
The percentages we are comparing with is where the Dems had 46% of the vote against Walker. If we want that to be 51% instead of 46%, then we need to see all of these counties trending around 5% or better movement more towards the Dem side. I think we are seeing that, but its not just a simple matter of just doing better than the earlier election...
