40. It would be a "nice change of pace" - for the GOP, who would have the luxury of detouring campaign
dollars they would have earmarked for the presidential race into congressional & local races.

Because a Dennis-for-president campaign would carry Cleveland, and maybe Washington D.C., but not much else.
