I hate to see this post get buried without everyone seeing this and hearing a resolution.

This could very well be the shot across the bow in Virginia Dirty Politics and it must be investigated.

Voter disenfranchisement is serious business.

I agree with other posters Please contact the ACLU and then...the Department of Justice.

And again Never take your hands off the ORIGINAL letter make copies for others instead or the original may disappear.

Some have asked to post letter in total excluding name and such if you are willing...I guess they want to see if the Correct VA seal is on the letter.

Only if you feel like it.
