Project coordinators have concluded that Project X has achieved many of it's goals, and recent offensive strikes by the garks in northern former industrial areas have exceeded the requirements for initiation of Project Y.
Project managers will be sending their teams new encryption codes and instructions.
Keep in mind that this second phase is significantly more risky than the first. Please be cautious at all times, and be ready to transition to Project Z at a moment's notice.
