41. A Russian website?
That's the most unlikely address for 'Anonymous' I've yet seen. A technologically-able government which takes pride in spying on people, and which has no truck whatsoever with freedom of information, and which prosecutes political opponents? One of the last places anyone trying to cover their tracks would go. China would be worse, but that's about it.
