Combined with Walker's authoritarian style the sum of stupidity existing in the Wisconsin governing bodies is very unsettling.

Walker and the Fitzgerald's are seemingly free of understanding of Wisconsin laws. That's pretty frightening. The agencies of government don't usually question administrative authority. Truly bad things follow from ignoramuses assuming power.
