29. Let's be serious for a second.
Where do we get the idea that taxpayer dollars should only go to things taxpayers like? Lots of them don't like tanks or fighter jets, even more don't like Congress.

If this principle were applied equally, we could kiss the National Endowment for the Arts goodbye.
