1. All they have to do is allow anyone to buy into Medicare.
In my opinion that will go a long way to solving the problems with health insurance. And Medicare will become stronger and more solvent... more people paying into it... and a realistic option for people who get turned down for private insurance... seems like a no-brainer to me.
