And eliminating MWP and replacing it with the payroll holiday was a deliberate decision by those crafting the deal. Obama owns this since the WH is describing the SS tax cut as a win for our side. They made the choice to take money away from the poorest workers and give it to the wealthiest. I'm not twisting anything.
