189. My opinion isn't valid? Okay, that's your prerogative.
I think it is and it's served me very well in real life.

The women's movement was about equality, about women being free to make choices. Some women like guys who talk like that and even though I think it's juvenile, others may not.

If we were to be honest, our reaction to what guys say often depends on who they guy is. Look at President Obama eg. The things he says, like 'offshore drilling is great' that are now acceptable but when Bush said them we were tearing our hair out?

Women now have the right to enjoy whatever turns them on and the freedom to make the decision. Before the women's movement, imagine how a woman who reacted positively to a remark like that would be treated? She'd be called all kinds of names. Now, she can take it however she wishes and depending on how she feels about the guy. Freedom!

Sorry you don't want to discuss what women who have a different viewpoint than yours think of these things.

You have a nice day too. I hope people won't let guys making juvenile remarks distract them from the real problems in this world.
