5. I don't know about the press, but public opinion seems to
be swinging the other way. Too bad it took the destruction of the economy to finally wake people up.

Imo, the only way we will have a free press is to create a new press. OWS is doing that, on a small scale, but it's a start. Until the money is taken out of politics and we have a Congress that will regulate excessive Corporate influence on everything, mostly on the government, I doubt the Corporate press will improve much.
