20. It is a 5th degree felony trespass to enter an enclosed porch in Flordia.
"what are you doing here?" ...he jumps up at you with a knife and stabs you.

I was told by the police department that it is a felony ...after someone got into my porch and stole a bike. Also told that an enclosed porch is your house. You can go ahead and take a chance. When I was a kid is not like it is now and you know that. Lady down the street was murdered, robbery 3 stores down from where I work, local home invasions not solved ...yea ok for you to talk about how much better you are prepared for a crime against you. What am I supposed to do move out of the f*cked up country? I ain't rich and cant afford to move anywhere. The f*cking criminals can go move away. Tired of the idea that people shouldn't be scared if there is an intruder on your property.
