...it gets even better. 12:50 a.m. homeowner engages in verbal confrontation with at least 2 party goers. 1 a.m. calls in noise complaint. 1:50 a.m. police call back to say they investigated. At 2:00 a.m. he shoots Bo Morrison. He cannot recall what he said to Bo Morrison before shooting him. His wife's statement contradicts this by saying that he yelled "what are you doing here" "what are you doing here" and "stay where you are" - I'm sorry but that doesn't sound like a snap decision to me, that sounds like he had the situation under control. If Wisconsin had duty to retreat this would go to trial...the wife's statement also in no way indicates his state of mind after the confrontation.
