...and everything was going along swimmingly, until YT shut off the sound (the music was originally The Bauhaus' "Bela Lugosi's Dead"), so I yanked the video and re-scored (and re-timed) it to some royalty-free music (from Creative Commons, a fantastic resource for any budding videomakers reading this), and put it back up in 2010. I was bummed to lose The Bauhaus (I think that was a stupendously good choice), but I eventually grew very fond of the current music.

I'm no expert either, but I've read the bible through once (when I was 16 or 17, over the course of a year), and most of it repeatedly since, skipping the coma-inducing "begats" and such, more times than I can count. My goal for this summer is to memorize the six Clobber Passages -- I'm sick of looking them up.

I'm with you on Jesus (if he, or an amalgamation of people called Jesus, ever existed) and on Paul.

If you can last through it without choking up, you are a much tougher person than... well, almost everyone. Even I cry when I watch it, and I made the darned thing.

In the five years since I made it, I've been trying to convince myself to update it. I have all the names, dates, pictures... The first one just took so much out of me... I can't even describe the emotional hell I went through with this, nor the hell of going back to it. I do want to finish v2.0, 'though -- if you watch it, and read even half the comments, you'll understand why I feel I not only need to, but feel obligated to.
