DU2 vs DU3 sense of humor

Find myself with a smile reading stuff on DU2, but I go to DU3 it seems the country is going down the tubes (cue george carlin joke on tubes)

Old DU2 had better responses and some with at least some small hint of humor. On DU3 very hard except me to find that. Maybe nobody's depressed on DU3. When your depressed, you have to try and at least use a little humor or you'd go worse than depressed. People on DU3 are like a rope thats being twisted in knots. at some point someone might get hurt in real life. Things look like shit on the side of depression so odd things make one laugh. Didn't actually start writing a journal till this year. Keeps me busy. And busy is good. problem is. Parents are low on $$ and thats causing more problems. Why?? cause VA sucks. Sure dad is ultra right wing crazy. But that doesn't mean I don't support him. Even though he usually doesn't support me. Oh how many times has he told me to go to hell or die. One time he encouraged me to kill myself. Yeah lost alot of blood for that. (cutting) I'm not suicidal. Depression doesn't hurt. So the only way it would is using a scissors on my legs which after that one , is what I did. really haven't done that since. But if DU2 was like DU3 is now, it might have been worse. I come in here to see a glimpse of hope and where there's a laugh there's hope. Hence why people at OWS protests try to keep a smile. in the face of such violence...
