experimentation on children went on until at least 1969. I was in high school then.

The only reason this stuff came out in the first place was because of the Church Committee in 1975.

There was some limited revelation of such experimentation for various political reasons. But since the 70s, it's all gone under wraps again. Stuff like Abu Ghraib is just the tip of the still-existing iceberg, imo.

The Church Committee was only 36 years ago. It may seem a long time ago to young people, as WW2 did to me when I was a teenager. But it is within living memory.

Things have not changed so much as you think; people are still blinded by power and money, people are still manipulated by power and money, and the masses are still mostly ignorant of what goes on behind the facades of power and money.

The trail from this research to present developments in many arenas is straightforward and unbroken.
