203. I didn't find it so, not in substance anyway...
The layout is different but having to click on Soapbox instead of General Discussion and General Discussion Presidency isn't a major change in my eyes, no more than when General Discussion was first divided to include election times which was done years ago.
Titles have been changed but not the substance of the 'groups' (forums) for the most part. I had little difficulty traversing the DU3 site so far anyway.
