211. Everyone who survives the next ten years.
I am sixty years old, make just enough I no longer qualify for the County provided health insurance, and am at least two years away from any way to resolve this. (assuming there is a provision that if you apply for Social Security at age sixty two -= then you also get MediCare. But I don't even know if this is an option.)

Many sixty year olds are in worse shape than I am in.
