115. I think we agree about where this has to go, but maybe not about how to get there. I don't think
you can just throw a switch, "Ta! Da! Our New Public Option Health Insurance!"

The health care systems themselves have to change and that's not going to happen just because we get public health care insurance, hence my remarks about new business models, which, of course, CAN be not-for-profit.
