she was under anesthesia. These are gases and can be extremely flammable.

I am the first to call out something or someone that is incompetent; but in this case, I will hold of judgment until the facts are in. You can't imagine the care and caution that goes on in an operation theater.

As for now, this is a tragic accident that needs to be investigated. My prayers are with the patient.
